Please take the time to review the attached protocol. Your assistance may be needed in an emergency situation:
- In an emergency, immediately notify a member of the Health & Performance Team or Security staff. If alone, call 911.
- 9-911 will activate the Emergency Medical Services system from any desk phone.
- 911 will active EMS from any cell phone.
- The PF AED (Automated External Defibrillator) is located in the gym mounted on the wall near the weight room entrance.
- Memorize the PF address: 7325 SW Childs Rd Portland OR 97224.
- The nearest cross street is Lower Boones Ferry Rd.
- Stay calm and speak clearly as 911 dispatch will want a brief explanation of the situation (i.e.; cardiac event, trauma, etc.).
- Help keep the front drive clear.
- Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue will be dispatched to the PF main entrance.
- EMS personnel should be met at the main entrance and instructed/escorted to patient location. A firetruck may arrive in addition to an ambulance. All TVFR firefighters are also paramedics or EMTs.
- The closest emergency department is at Legacy Meridian Park Medical Center (19300 SW 65th Ave Tualatin OR 97062)
